Timber Testing all rounder

We are looking for a person who can assist our testing team with general testing, data entry, cleaning and odd jobs as they arise. Full on the job training is provided.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct testing in accordance with testing procedures.
Maintain clean laboratory spaces.
Data entry.
Assist in quality control.
Participate in active safety management.
COMPETENCIES

Strong work ethic: highly motivated individual with an attitude of discipline, determination, and dedication to their career.
Time management: ability to follow workflow to achieve daily targets.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised (once trained).
High attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes and perform routine activities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in quality control or production lines would be advantageous but is not essential.
Previous experience in a NATA certified laboratory would be advantageous but is not essential.
Qualifications in Laboratory Techniques, Engineering or Science would be advantageous but is not essential.
