QA | QC Officer

Well known food manufacturer based in the south eastern suburbs.
Permanent full time opportunity
Day shift (4am to 12pm or 6am to 3pm)
Monday to Friday
About your duties -
QC checks along the manufacturing line
Inspecting raw materials and finished products
QA documentation work
Raising NCR and daily GMP walks
Assist in internal and external audits
About you -
Tertiary education in food science or similar background
Previous work experience in a similar role in the meat industry
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSANZ
You will be a quality-focused, enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail
Have good communication skills and have the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
