Scientific Project Manager

Our client, an FF&E consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Southern Brisbane for a full time 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in developing projects specifically for healthcare and laboratory environments

Duties:
Deliver multiple projects in line with specifications and standards.
Foster and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure consistent outcomes.
Assist with tender negotiations, variations, and contract administration.
Write detailed specifications for stakeholders based on project needs.
Collaborate with team members to generate innovative solutions to challenges.
Attend and actively participate in team and project meetings with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.

Skills/experience:
Bachelor’s degree in science or closely related disciplines
Experience in a laboratory, clinical, health or closely related industry
Strong Project management experience
Significate report writing experience and understanding of design specifications
Ability to manage and mentor in a collaborative and supportive manner
