Job Description

Job Requirements
• Patient transfer and ROOM ALLOTMENT
• Counsel and convert ONLY consult/registered patient to file.
• Resolving patients’ complaints and ensuring patient satisfaction
• Ensuring proper flow of file movement from reception till exit of patient.
• Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
• Helping patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
• To inform the administration about any unusual sensitive incident.
• Ensuring the workers on duty are performing task to the satisfaction of hospital administration.
• To take daily hospital rounds three times a day and any abnormality should be reported to GM -Operations.
• Daily reporting to GM -Operations morning and evening.
• To ensure that the biomedical waste is properly handled in OPD the hospital.
• Supervision of whole floor & make sure least waiting time for patient & patient relative to get the service
• collecting patients feedback (ipd & OPD)

Work Experience

Minimum 2years Experience Required
