Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at Fortis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the operating theatre and ward. You will be expected to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You should also have a good understanding of medical terminology and be able to provide accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in the operating theatre and ward

• Monitor and record patient progress

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor

• Registered Nurse with valid license

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
