We are seeking two Enrolled Nurse to join the team at our aged care home in Port Kennedy. Reporting to the Facility Manager, we have permanent part-time positions to work across various shifts.

About the role:

Carrying out nursing care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis
Implementing care plans as documented
Assisting in assessing residents within the ACFI criteria and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
Communicating effectively with a variety of people and contributing to teamwork within the workplace
Participating in continuing personal development and education
About you:

You genuinely care about your team and residents and enriching the ageing experience. You will also bring:

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
Previous experience with dementia care would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and professionally
Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to a person-centred care approach when providing care services
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to apply for one
Current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain one
Willingness to obtain any relevant vaccinations required – 3x covid vaccinations and annual flu vaccination
