Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + super.

The Aegis Aged Care Group is proud to offer this premium 140 bed Residential Aged Care Facility for both Low and High Care residents on the corner of Broadwater Boulevard and Bell Drive, Broadwater.

This impressive building was named Aegis Ellenvale to honour the name of Alfred Bussell’s wife, Ellen, as a member of the districts' famous pioneering family.

The Facility overlooks Broadwater Lake and is ideally located for Residents to enjoy excursions into Busselton or along the coast to Dunsborough. Wineries and many tourist attractions are easily accessible in the company of family and friends.

The capacity to inspire trust and enjoy interacting with the elderly.
The role will be centred around providing a high-quality care and effective nursing for residents that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice. You will be supported by and taking direction from the Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager.

A typical day with be varied and have you completing amongst other duties:

Assisting with the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of residents clinical and care planning.
Contribute to the allocation of workload to ensure quality care is received by all residents.
Anticipating residents’ changing health needs and manage requirements appropriately.
Ensuring all care documentation is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Supporting residents and their families by responding to queries and feedback in liaison with the Facility Manager
You will need to have:

A current AHPRA registration, Enrolled Nurse.
Experience in Aged Care and Dementia.
Full Australian working rights and able to pass national police clearance.
