ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Senior Registered Nurse/Float Nurse to join our team. This role demands advanced nursing expertise and the ability to work autonomously across various clinic locations in Queensland. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and adapt to diverse clinical environments with confidence and independence.

DUTIES

The key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care with a high level of clinical expertise, working autonomously in various clinic settings
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams, enduring the highest standards of care
Perform clinical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups independently and efficiently
Maintain meticulous documents and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

You will have already have extensive nursing experience in primary healthcare with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Other requirements include:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
At least 5 years of clinical experience, demonstrating advanced skills in general and acute care
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in supporting and guiding junior staff
