Job Title: Assembly Department Technician/Engineer

Job Location: Anand, Gujrat
Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: 3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
• Marking:
• Accurately mark components and assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure precision and adherence to design requirements during the marking process.
• Testing and TPI (Third-Party Inspection):
• Perform testing procedures on assembled products as per the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Coordinate and assist in third-party inspections (TPI) to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Document and report any discrepancies or non-conformities during testing.
• Painting Preparation:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as required by the ITP and QAP.
• Ensure that all preparation steps meet quality standards and are completed within specified timelines.
• Painting:
• Apply paint to components and assemblies according to ITP and QAP guidelines, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specified thickness and finish.
• Conduct visual inspections of painted surfaces to ensure quality and rectify any defects.
• Packing and Dispatch:
• Coordinate the packing of finished products, ensuring they are properly protected for transport.
• Prepare products for dispatch, including labeling, documentation, and compliance with shipping standards.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of ITP and QAP processes.
• Proficiency in marking, testing, painting, and packing operations.
• Experience with third-party inspections and quality control procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
