About the Role

Due to continued growth of the business, we are seeking a qualified Advanced Scaffolder/ Rigger to join Contract Resources. This position will be working on Offshore and Onshore projects within the Oil & Gas Industry. Within this role, you will also learn aspects of our Industrial Services scope that we offer to our client, and apply those skills to support our Industrial Services scope on site.

Duties will include but not limited to

Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures as per design specifications.
Perform detailed risk assessments and maintain a strong focus on safety at all times.
Inspect scaffolding equipment for damage or defects and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Assist other work crews with Industrial Services scope when there is no Scaffolding scope.
Assist other work crews with Crane lifts and general Rigging activities when there is no scaffolding scope.
Advanced Knowledge in the Tube & Clip Scaffolding System.

Requirements & Experience Needed

1-2 years’ experience working within the Oil & Gas industry (Offshore highly desirable).
Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends).
High Risk Work License holding Advanced Scaffolding and Advanced/Intermediate Rigging (essential).
Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential).
Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential).
Gas Test Atmosphere (within 2 years - essential).
BOSIET with CA-EBS (essential)
MSIC Maritime Security Identification Card (essential)
Breathing Apparatus certificate (desirable).
Current Drivers Licence.
Full Australian work rights.
