Job Description

We are looking for a detail oriented and organised Legal Support Officer to join our Governance team. Reporting to the Head of Governance, you will play an important administrative and coordination role within a supportive environment.

ABOUT YOU

Completed / currently completing at least a Certificate III in Legal Services or significant experience providing legal and administrative support to a legal team or individual.
Well-developed administrative skills with a strong working knowledge and understanding of office procedures and practices.
Sound interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral, with the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion.
Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to cope with high volumes of work, varying workloads and interruptions and to organise activities to provide efficient services.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), and we offer a 6-month contract with the possibility of continuation. Based on skills and experience, the preferred candidate will be offered a base salary between $75,071.65 and $86,731.41 (pro-rata) + 11.5% superannuation and a 1+-day month.
