Job description
An exciting opportunity has become available at a well-established, modern training practice set in a semi-rural location just outside of Huddersfield.

The surgery is looking for an enthusiastic GP with ideally 2 years post training experience.

Join a friendly and cohesive team environment at a modern, purpose built Practice as a Salaried GP for six sessions per week. The surgery is high regarded in the region as a high QOF achieving practice. Development of special interest areas are highly supported.

Salary and benefits are negotiable. Strong focus on maintaining a good work life balance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years post training experience with a strong focus on high quality patient outcomes. Half day on calls as required.
• Provide medical services for the practice population to a high standard, including day-to-day activities such as surgery consultations, telephone advice, telephone consultations and home visits and appropriate administration to ensure accurate records, patient continuity and quality of care.
• Comply with the requirements of the practices General Medical Services/Personal Medical Services (GMS/PMS/APMS) contract, Enhanced Services contracts, educational/training delivery contracts and private contracts.
• Adhere to the principles of good medical practice.

The practice hosts a wide array of multidisciplinary staff and a strong clerical support team.

Package And Benefits
• Salary circa up to £11,000 per session, per annum depending on experience

Key Skills, Qualifications And Client Requirements
• Minimum 2 years post training experience
• MRCGP with licence to practice as a GP
• GMC registered
• Included on the NHS performers list
• Full clean driving licence
• Knowledge of SystmOne
