We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Physics Teacher to join our team for classes 11th and 12th, with a focus on preparing students for entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, and MHTCET. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in physics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of guiding students towards success in competitive exams.
• Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement an engaging and comprehensive physics curriculum for classes 11th and 12th, aligned with JEE, NEET, and MHTCET syllabi.

2. Effective Teaching Methods: Employ innovative and effective teaching strategies to make complex physics concepts accessible and interesting to students.

3. Entrance Exam Preparation: Devise and implement a structured program to prepare students for JEE, NEET, and MHTCET exams, including regular mock tests and practice sessions.

4. Individualized Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to students based on their strengths and weaknesses, ensuring each student reaches their maximum potential.

5. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in physics education, examination patterns, and incorporate relevant changes into the teaching methodology.

6. Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns.
• Requirements:
1. Master's or Ph.D. in Physics.
2. Proven experience in teaching physics at the 11th and 12th-grade levels.
3. Successful track record of preparing students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and MHTCET.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
