Job description
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Recovery / Collection Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recovery and collection.
This position requires working from our office and involves handling collections and recovery tasks to ensure timely payments and resolution of outstanding accounts.
Location : Bengaluru
Salary : 15k to 23k ctc
Work mode : Work from office
Key Responsibilities :
Collections : Manage and oversee the collection of overdue accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Communication : Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of communications, payment arrangements, and account status.

Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service while managing sensitive and challenging conversations related to overdue accounts.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in recovery and collection roles.
Education : Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Languages : Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Availability : Immediate joiners only.
Certification : DRA Certified preferred.
