Job Title: Healthcare Technology Intern

Location: Delhi / Mumbai

Type: Internship

Duration: 3 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Healthcare Technology Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of an innovative AI based diagnostic / screening application for healthcare professionals (HCPs). As an intern, you will work closely with our development and healthcare teams to assist in creating solutions that enhance the healthcare delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
• App Development Support: Assist in the design, development, and testing of mobile and web-based applications for healthcare professionals.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on healthcare trends, user needs, and industry standards to inform app features and functionality.
• Documentation: Help in creating and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and other related materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, developers, and other team members to ensure the app meets the needs of its end-users.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the app functions effectively and is user-friendly.
• User Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to make continuous improvements to the app.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Recently completed a degree from recognized institution in Engineering / UI-UX / Management with a very strong passion for healthcare.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with app development processes, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Swift), and software development tools.
• Management Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively, Should have strong grasp in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and challenges faced by healthcare professionals.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
