Skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to promote products ethically and effectively
• Proficiency in organizing and executing events such as CME
• Familiarity with customer management and sales strategies
• Competence in conducting prescription audits and generating POBs

Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting company products as per the business plan
• Organize Camps (CME) based on division strategy and customer needs
• Facilitate successful new product launches
• Create and maintain an updated customer list according to therapy and product lines
• Ensure adherence to division norms regarding Ipad adoption and CLM calls
• Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors
• Generate POBs for Abbott brands in alignment with the business plan

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative
• Strong background in business generation and brand management
• Experience in the same therapy is preferred
• Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage

Education Requirements
• BSc/B. Pharm or any graduate degree

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical representative role
• Prior/current experience in the same therapy is preferred
