Job description
Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor & Ads Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video content and designing visually appealing advertisements that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and ad design, along with a deep understanding of current design trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :
• Video Editing : Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and customer testimonials.
• Apply advanced video editing techniques such as color correction, sound design, and special effects to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop creative video concepts and storyboards that align with campaign objectives.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
• Ads Design : Design and produce eye-catching advertisements for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations to elevate ad performance and capture audience attention.
• Develop and implement ad designs that reflect the company’s brand identity and resonate with target demographics.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather input and feedback, making necessary revisions to meet project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and techniques to the team.

Requirements :
• Professional experience in video editing and ad design, preferably in a product-based company or similar industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and ad design.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback effectively.
