Job Description: Sr. Manager (Finance)
• Position: Sr. Manager (Finance)
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 10 to 12 years in the finance sector, with a focus on real estate.
• Salary: ₹70,000 to ₹+0,000 per month
• Industry: Real Estate

### Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly MIS Reporting:
• Prepare and present comprehensive Monthly MIS reports, tracking revenue against budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Revenue Management:
• Monitor and report monthly revenue, ensuring alignment with financial plans and business objectives.
• Provide insights and analysis on revenue trends and their impact on overall financial performance.
• Internal & External Audits:
• Oversee internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Handle VAT and Service Tax audits, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Liaison with Banks:
• Manage relationships with banks, including negotiations, loan management, and other financial services.
• Ensure efficient and timely banking operations, including cash management and reconciliation.
• Cash Management:
• Oversee daily and monthly cash management, including cash flow analysis, to maintain financial stability.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting of cash requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating with various departments to ensure realistic and achievable financial plans.
• Conduct quarterly forecasting, adjusting budgets based on performance and market conditions.

### Reporting:
• Report directly to the Director (Project & Administration), providing insights and recommendations for financial strategy and operations.

### Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Proven track record of 10-12 years in finance, with significant experience in the real estate sector.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting, and a deep understanding of tax and audit regulations.
• Leadership: Ability to manage a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive financial performance.
• Sector Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and financial best practices.
