Fleet Support Officer

About the role
This is a permanent, full time position working 35 hours per week at the Bomaderry Works Depot. This role provides key operational and administrative support to all areas of the Fleet Services Unit.

Duties
Reporting directly to the Senior Fleet Support Officer, this position involves:

Refuelling Truck duties (MR licence)
Plant hire booking sheets
Daily purchase order, invoice and receipt processing
Vehicle (truck and car) movements and Bookings
Preparation of Plant and Vehicles for disposal (remove stickers etc)
Preparation of new vehicles for handover

Skills & Experience
In order to be successful in the position, you will have:

School Certificate or equivalent
Proven knowledge in the use of Microsoft Applications i.e. Word, Excel & Access and Outlook
Class MR Driver’s Licence (or ability to obtain)
