Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site legal associate’s role that involves assisting in managing the company’s legal compliance and secretarial functions.

Additionally, the legal associate will be required to assist the legal and compliance team on specific assignments and work with cross-functional teams for adherence to compliance practices.

Qualifications
• Lawyer (LL.B Graduate)
• Expertise in Companies Act and allied corporate / business laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Work Profile

Position : Lawyer

Workdays : Monday Saturday (Weekly Off on Sunday)

Work Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

Location : Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Experience in project management, business legal compliance, team leadership, and corporate secretarial work in a listed company would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will also need to have a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest legal and compliance developments and trends.
