MSA is an established consultancy practice working with developers, design consultants, architects, engineers, agents and other property professionals across the United Kingdom and Europe. We are a key member of the consultant team and provide data capture and BIM solutions for major construction and development projects.
Role
MSA is looking for the right candidate to join our progressive team using the latest Autodesk software to produce a wide variety of drawings, 3D models, and enhanced visualisations and analysis. The position provides training in a friendly nurturing environment, with continued personal development and a career path.
The CAD/BIM team works alongside our measured surveyors on prestigious projects, analysing and generating drawings/models from Point cloud data captured using the very latest 3D laser scanners.
Key Requirements
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
3 + years’ experience with CAD and/or Revit/BIM.
CAD / BIM Related Qualifications.
Experience with point cloud and scan to BIM preferable.
Responsibilities
Working as part of our CAD/BIM team delivering Quality 2D Drawings, Revit models and BIM Solutions.
Report to Management team and support surveyors with operations.
Prepare 2D CAD drawings in AutoCAD using 3D point cloud data.
Producing Revit models from Point Cloud data.
Assist with developing BIM services and workflows to ISO1+650.
Working collaboratively with in-house and client teams.
Able to handle workload and work to deadlines.
Keen to learn and develop.
