R&J Strang are proud to be part of the Continental Tyre Group. We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Tyre Technician to join our team in Nottingham.

About the role:

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will join a team of experienced Tyre Technicians who service customer vehicles in the local area. As a Tyre Technician, you will be fitting new tyres, or completing scheduled tyre servicing. You will be working 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday, 08:00-13:00 Saturday.

Your role will encompass full training to best industry standards in all aspects of tyre management, including:
• Fitment and removal of light and heavy tyres
• Repair of all tyres
• Key aspects of tyre husbandry, including tyre regrooving.

Your ability to balance and respond to different priorities will allow you to develop within R&J Strang.

What do you need?

You need to have at least one years experience with car, van and commercial tyres. As well as being an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible team player, you will need the following licences:
• Valid right to work
