Senior Legal Associate

Responsibilities :

Ø The Senior Legal Associate shall be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the firm s clients and ensuring the efficient operation of the legal department.

Ø Draft, review, and revise legal documents with accuracy and precision, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and client objectives.

Ø Conduct due diligence investigations and gather relevant information for client projects.

Ø Drafting, vetting, negotiating and advising on various types of transaction agreements with respect to M&A and business transfers

Ø Conducting extensive legal research to support case preparation and provide guidance on legal matters.

Ø Drafting, vetting, and finalizing various commercial agreement such as, distribution agreements, technology licensing agreements, technology assignment agreements, supply agreements, non-disclosure agreement, share pledge agreement, escrow agreements, power of attorneys, etc

Ø Lead and manage complex legal cases, including court representation.

Ø Mentor and guide junior legal associates.

Ø Reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Requirements :

Ø Bachelor s degree in law (LL.B.) with 3-4 years of legal practice.

Ø Bar Council registration.

Ø Proven experience in Intellectual Property Rights Registration and contract law.

Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ø Strong expertise in contract drafting, legal research, and document preparation.

Ø Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Ø Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

Ø Proficient in computer skills.
