Pullman Bunker Bay Resort has recently been awarded two Bronze awards at the Australian Tourism Awards in ‘Business Event Venues’ and ‘5 star luxury accommodation’. Our 5-Star Luxury Beachside Resort is part of the Accor Hotel Group, which hosts over 5,400 properties worldwide. Our Resort boasts 150 luxuriously appointed bungalow style villas, an award-winning resort with conference and wedding facilities and a day spa. All located in one of the most beautiful locations, Margaret River Region, Western Australia; enjoy whale watching from the restaurant terrace during the Margaret River’s exhilarating annual whale watching season. We are seeking a Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our team.


Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service from the heart by responding to email and phone requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
Process and input group and corporate reservations following policies.
Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates.
Assist in Front Office as required, especially during peak check in / check out times.
Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
An understanding of the region, our competitors and suppliers is desirable.
Experience with Opera is desired but not essential.
A passion for customer service along with a strong desire to achieve goals and targets.
Availability to work approximately 26 hours per week between Thursday to Sunday.
