D & C Corporation Pty Ltd is a prominent organization located in the bustling Perth CBD. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Manager to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and perform a range of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

2. Ensure that all rooms meet company standards through thorough inspection and care.

3. Maintain and protect equipment, ensuring no deficiencies.

4. Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to superiors.

5. Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.

6. Monitor and replenish stock levels of consumables as needed.

7. Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and stay informed of company policies.

8. Undertake tasks and responsibilities as required to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role.

· Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.

· Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.

· Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

· Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality.

· Proficiency in English.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
