Senior Digital Marketer

Location: Knutsford

Salary: £32,000 - £37,500

We are looking for someone with expertise in paid advertising, digital media, social media, and SEO who can design and manage digital marketing initiatives while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with team goals and overall marketing objectives.
• Oversee SEO strategy, manage the marketing database, and lead social media and paid-ad campaigns from concept to execution.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Analyze key metrics to understand website traffic and digital campaign conversion rates.
• Produce monthly reports to evaluate and refine digital strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and implement new marketing tactics and approaches.

Required Skills
• Three years' experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in agency, freelance, or in-house B2B environments.
• Advanced proficiency in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Proven experience in designing, launching, and optimizing Google AdWords/PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in online marketing.

Desirable Skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Highly creative with strong content creation abilities.
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in design principles and best practices.
