L1 Help Desk Engineer | Open to IT Graduates

An exciting new opportunity is available for a L1 Service Desk Analyst at a Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position based in Chatswood and allows you to work from home 1 day per week.

My client is also open to IT graduates with a passion for infrastructure.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to multiple key clients. You will work closely with the team leader and be the first point of contact for the company's client base.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Respond to service requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Ensure timely resolution of user problems.
Assist with setting up and configuring new hardware and software.
Monitor and manage IT systems and networks.
Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues.
They must have their own car.
Must possess a valid Australian driving licence.
Must have an IT degree or relevant certifications.
