About the Role:

Role: Ingres DBA

Location: Milton Keynes, UK ( Hybrid mode – consider twice a week office for now).

Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension

Contract: InsideIR35

Job Description:-

Required Core Skills:

Ingres DBA

Backup and recovery

Agile devops

Minimum years of experience: 8 – 10 years

Detailed Job Description:

• Ingres Database Server Administration

• Production and test environment support

• Backup and recovery

• Migration and upgrade

• Scripting, scheduling, Tuning and performance analysis

• Trouble shooting issues and resolution.

• DBA support for release/projects

• Release and change management using tools like Azure Devops, SSCM etc

• Knowledge Management – Standard Operating Procedures, System Documentation

• Reporting and communicating with stakeholders

• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skill

• Need to also check on availability of on call support outside working hours.
