About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Reward Administrator to join our People Team. In this role, you will support the administration of compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitive practices and effective communication with employees. You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting employees with their compensation and benefits queries.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in administering salary structures and conducting market benchmarking.
• Support the analysis of compensation data to maintain competitive pay scales.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records and producing detailed data to a high standard
• Assist in managing the Reward and Benefit annual calendar
• Help oversee employee benefits programmes, including health insurance and pension plans.
• Ensure benefits programmes are well-organised and effectively communicated to employees.
• Collect and analyse data to support rewards and recognition programmes.
• Assist in making data-driven recommendations for compensation and benefits strategies.
• Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local and national regulations.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations to support compliance efforts.

Experience

About You
• Some experience in a similar role, ideally within a People or Compensation & Benefits team.
• Open to candidates with transferable skills from related roles.

Skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications.

Attributes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
• A proactive approach to work and a team-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
