Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the UK. BackgroundThis role is the ideal career opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge. The role is part time (22.5 hours a week) and is site based. The role requires the post holiday to work on a Monday but the rest of the weekly hours can be worked around the post holder. Duties & Responsibilities
• Providing administrative support including but not limited to:
• o Photocopying, scanning, binding, and document management.
• o Post and Courier Receipt and delivery.
• Providing support to the client experience team
• Ensuring meeting rooms are maintained
• Liasing with the facilities coordinator in relation to maintenance and repairs to equipment
• Ensuring that stationery and refreshments are regularly replenished and liaising with the facilities coordinator in relation to ordering consumables.
Person specification
• Previous experience working as an administrator with client care focus and exceptional customer service skills.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of working to deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work using own initiative.
Benefits:
• Salary of up to £21,840 FTE depending on experience
