Your new role

Case assessment of fraud related disputes including scams, credit card fraud and digital fraud
Analysing data and making judgement calls on fraud cases
continually learning about fraud disputes and fraud knowledge and applying this to complex fraud cases

This is a growing and demanding area in the bank - this is a fantastic opportunity to fast track your career growth.

Your Skills And Experience

Ideally you will have 1 years prior experience in processing/data entry experience or are a recent graduate who is keen to learn!
You will have high attention to detail and thrive in a high performing culture
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You are tech savvy with all things PC
You love analysing data
