Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 5-7 years of experience, combining roles in law firms and in-house positions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs), LOIs, General Terms and Conditions, Vendor Agreements, Lease Deeds, Marketing Agreements, Partnership Agreements, etc. In-depth familiarity with M& A Life Cycle and Contract Lifecycle Management software is also one of the major desired elements. The candidate should be diligent, well-organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide legal support and advice on contract management, risk assessment, and dispute resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution and management. Maintain and update contract templates, guidelines, and procedures. Utilize contract lifecycle management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in corporate commercial law, with a mix of law firm and in-house roles. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating MSAs, SaaS Agreements, NDAs, SLAs, SOWs, and other corporate agreements. Strong understanding of M& A and contract lifecyclemanagement software. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Desired Attributes: Keen interest in continuous learning and professional development.
