Job Description
Manage a team of HCP Case Managers, covering the Greater Sydney area, Work From Home available, Full Time, $115k - $120k + Super + Salary Packaging
We are working with a well-established not for profit organisation to recruit for a Team Leader to a manage and support a team of 7-8 experienced HCP Case Managers. The role would be based out of The Hills District area with the possibility to work from home.
Details Of The Role
Full Time, Permanent role
Office located in the Hills District area, with the possibility to work from home (up to 3 days per week)
$115k - $120k salary, plus super and salary packaging
Manage an excellent team with opportunities for career progression and growth

About the organisation:
This organisation are a large well established not for profit organisation, running a variety of programs nationally. They support older people living in the community and have seen growth in their work supporting people who have home care packages
Duties Include
Oversee and support a team of case managers who support older people who have home care packages
Develop and help to grow the business and team
Provide supervision, support and training to staff
Ensure that services are being provided within budget
Oversee quality improvement and monitoring processes
Work closely with other leaders and senior management
Develop and maintain governance and compliance with appropriate standards and practices - including policy and procedures
Travel to meet the team and other stakeholders etc
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong background working with Home Care Packages and within aged care
We are looking for an experienced leader, someone who can support and develop the team - someone who has managed a team of Case Workers / Case Managers
We are looking for someone who can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
