learning how to present the finished cars to our customers,
writing estimates and selling paint jobs/services
checking the freshly painted vehicles/Quality Control,
handing out flyers to potential customers to help drum up business,
checking the cars before they get painted,
managing the crew (painter, body man, preparers, etc.)
learning how to handle any customer complaints

We are looking for a Production Auto Paint and Body Shop Manager. If you are a LEADER, your employees love you, and you love making money- this opportunity is for you!

No body shop experience is required, but it is a plus. Management experience is not necessary… We will train you to make sure you succeed! Sales experience is a major plus!

As an Auto Body Shop Manager Trainee, your focus will be:
• learning how to present the finished cars to our customers,
• writing estimates and selling paint jobs/services
• checking the freshly painted vehicles/Quality Control,
• handing out flyers to potential customers to help drum up business,
• checking the cars before they get painted,
• managing the crew (painter, body man, preparers, etc.)
• learning how to handle any customer complaints
• and anything in between!
