Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare conceptual design ideas and building Interior drawings that address and meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.
• Analyze user(s) requirements while participating in research, conceptual and development of designs.
• Present and express Architectural Interior design ideas and planning by free hand sketches.
• Work in a team and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, specifications for Architecture Interior design and maintaining the company’s graphical standards for deliverables.

Education / Experience:
• B.Arch., M’Arch, B’ID, M’ID in architecture / Architectural Interior or relevant degree.
• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience with good level of technical competency.
• Very good knowledge of primary Software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Additional software Knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is plus. Good knowledge of all aspects of Architectural Interior design

Qualifications:
• Textures and Material product selections.
• Furniture, Decorative Lighting, Equipment & Window treatment product selections and specifications.
• Ergonomics.
• Architectural Interior Lighting.
• Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.
• Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
• Material Sample boards.

Soft Skills:
• Enthusiastic, inventive and imaginative bent of mind with positive work ethics and able to work in a demanding, multidisciplinary work environment.
• An intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for Architectural Interior design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent command in English Language.
