Architect

Position Overview:

As an Architect you will play a key role in the design and development of a diverse range of projects. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that architectural solutions are not only visually compelling but also functional, sustainable, and aligned with project goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design, project management, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Planning:
• Develop innovative and practical architectural designs for various types of projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Project Management:
• Oversee all phases of the architectural process, from conceptual design through to project completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Client Interaction:
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and vision for each project.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and other necessary documentation.
• Sustainability:
• Integrate sustainable design principles and practices into projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in green building practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Licensed Architect or working towards licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environment.
