About the role

Your Impact as Maintenance Technicians

I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As we are 70KT plant and now we are expanding our infra to become 100KT plant thus we need to have proper supervision and vigilance on Infra and utilities so as to ensure the health of the equipments and to avoid the unwanted breakdowns

II. ROLE DESCRIPTION

Operational activities:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of routine activities of Infra & utility maintenance work
Co-ordinating with vendors for the maintenance activity.
Ensure tasks as per PTW and execution of the work with vendor safely.
Ensure that all jobs are properly executed and on time completed.
Ensure completion of Preventive Maintenance as per monthly plan.
To act as integrated member for Risk Assessment (BRAM)
Ensures work requests for maintenance are properly reviewed and executed.
Responsible for manpower allocation for the utility and infra equipment breakdowns.
Timely execution and completion of all Improvement projects.
Responsible for zero violation of LOTOTO from vendors.
Handling of PD during
Prioritization of the BM/PM activities.
Muda hunting of all the maintenance related activities.
Man power handling in shift.
Review stock out parts in shift and raise PR
Responsible for arranging the material for execution of critical projects ensure timely creation of PR.
Maintain and ensure records/readings of all necessary utility equipments like air flow, vibration, thermography etc.
Collection of samples for checking air quality index.
Demonstrate ability to lead projects and work groups.
To make strategic plan for cost control

Authorities:
Use of LOTOTO on machines for safety reasons.
Stop the machines for any unsafe reason or for PM work.
To conduct performance dialog with team
To make the stock PR and maintain ROL and MOQ of spars in store.
To take GEMBA on floor.
