About The Position.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring precise and effective execution. You'll guide and mentor a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors while working closely with the Director. Take full responsibility for your projects, seeing them through every stage to successful handover.

DUTIES.

Cost Planning
Contracts Administration
Financier Services
Responsible for measurements, variations & progress claims
Lead and support a team of AQSs
Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
Produce entire Bill of Quantities

Skills And Experience.

A bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
Membership of AIQS or RICS (or working towards)
Experience in Buildings ideally in Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail, and Education
