Sr| Interior Designer

Conceptualization: Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that align with client preferences, brand identity, and project requirements.
• Design Execution: Oversee the entire design process, from initial sketches to final implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, effectively communicate design ideas, and address their needs and concerns.
• Project Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the overall design aesthetic and functionality.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design projects to maintain a competitive edge.
• Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
