About The Role

Our National Supply Chain department is seeking a Specialist to join our Replenishment Team, based in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a permanent full-time position.

In this role, you will drive the coordination of stock replenishment across our distribution centres and stores nationally. With a focus on performance analysis, supplier management and continuous improvement, you will ensure the optimisation of our stock handling processes and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

What does the role look like?   

Identify improvement opportunities and provide data insights and recommendations to improve replenishment operations and supplier performance
Manage efficient flow of correspondence and information with internal and external parties in regards to stock replenishment and Supply Chain processes
Present solutions to resolve any operational issues that may arise and ensure replenishment processes are standardised, documented and up to date
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on stock distribution, product forecasts and supplier performance
Develop and maintain key performance indicators to ensure business partners provide a high level of service
Proactive engagement with suppliers to improve agreed KPIs and updates to wider business
Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to achieve the best business outcomes


What do we need from you

Analytical or reporting experience within Supply Chain
Experience with SAP ARIBA, S/4 HANA or similar SAP modules is essential
Experience in replenishment data and analytics
Proficiency in Excel and Power Bi/Tableau
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Available to work 1 in every 4 weekends, with 2 lieu days the following week

Remuneration

Transparent tiered salary range of $110,800 - $132,200 including superannuation.
