An exciting new opportunity is available for a Systems Engineer at a Market Leading Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position located in North Sydney, that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week.



Your new role
The primary objective of this role is to retain existing clients by ensuring they have an exceptional experience. The role involves meeting clients' expectations and delivering on all commitments in a professional and timely manner.



What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role for a Managed Service Provider.
Security & Compliance (Huntress, SOPHOS), Microsoft 365 (Azure, (Entra), Rewst, M365 migrations), Sentenial One, Networking, (Fortinet, Unifi, Cisco), & Unifi/Ubiquiti.
Hypervisor management experience (Hyper-V, VMWare)
Experience managing private/public cloud technologies
Must have an Australian Driving license
