Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with forklift operations, inventory management, and inbound and outbound shipments
2+ years of experience in a warehouse lead or similar role in the Manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inbound and outbound shipments are processed efficiently and accurately
You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring that all products are stored in the appropriate freezer conditions

Operate forklifts to move products throughout the warehouse and load and unload shipments

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and on time
Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored in their designated locations
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
