JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer

The COMPANY

Our Client is the UKs leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation : specifically Ultrasounds. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE

Due to an internal promotion they now require a Planned Preventative Maintenance Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is purely a service and maintenance role helping to keep equipment working effectively. Your role will include;
• Carrying out preventative maintenance on Clients sites
• Providing advice and support to customers
• Support the service engineers with ad hoc service repairs
• To deliver and collect loan equipment from customers
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers

The CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career. You must be able to demonstrate;
• Experience of visiting Customer sites
• Technical background/bent
• Good team player
• Take pride in your work
• Excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role
• High level of dexterity
• Driving license

SALARY: Depending on experience, 10 Performance related bonus and Company Car

PACKAGE: 4 into Pension Scheme, 25 Days Annual Holiday and 8 Bank Holidays,

Life Assurance/Death In Service : 4 x Annual Salary, Health Cash Plan, etc.
