Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Technician at Lining Home Textile® located in Dammam. The Factory Technician will be responsible for performing daily production tasks, maintaining machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring quality control in the manufacturing process.

Education:

Mechanic OR fitter from I.T.I. ( Industrial Training Institute) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 5 Years in the polyester padding industry OR spinning and weaving industry.

Responsibilities

- Thorough knowledge and experience in Carding machine maintenance ( Roller and Clearer OR Woolen OR Flat cards).
- Carding machine gauge settings.
- Knowledge of wire clothing specs and applications.
- Able to handle the card wire clothing individually.
- General mechanical jobs like maintaining gearboxes, pumps, blowers, compressors, etc.
- Welding, gas cutting, and some fabrication skills.
- Machine Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in quality control processes.
- Knowledge of textile production techniques.
- Physical dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Technical certification in a related field.
