Position : HVAC Technician (Maintenance)

Location : Oman

Experience Required : Minimum 5 Years in Oil & Gas Maintenance

Qualifications : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Languages : Proficiency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities :

Routine Maintenance :
• Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect, clean, and adjust HVAC components including filters, belts, and bearings.

Repairs and Troubleshooting :
• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems such as compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
• Respond to service requests and breakdowns promptly and effectively.

System Monitoring :
• Monitor HVAC system performance through various control systems and instrumentation.
• Analyze system data to identify potential issues before they escalate.

Installation Support :
• Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Ensure installation meets industry standards and operational requirements.

Safety and Compliance :
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following established safety procedures.

Documentation :
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance issues, and recommended actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of HVAC systems, preferably in an oil and gas environment.

Technical Skills :
• Proficient in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC system components, refrigerant handling, and control systems.

Qualifications :
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
