We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Sydney Government and Not-for-Profit team. You will have flexibility to recruit across a wide range of non-IT professional services roles including Marketing and Communications, Policy and Project Management on both a temporary and permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Selection: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match skills, knowledge, experience, attitude, aptitude, and motivation to various positions within your specialist area.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure their continued interest and loyalty.
Offer Management: Manage the job offer process, negotiate salary packages, and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates. Provide advice on salary levels, training requirements, and career progression.
Selection Process Management: Oversee the selection process from job brief to offer, ensuring open lines of communication throughout.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with business partners, and meet individual and business goals.
Candidate Management: Float registered, high-calibre candidates to generate additional revenue.
HR Issue Resolution: Resolve HR-related issues involving on-hire candidates in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.


What Are We Looking For?

Previous recruitment agency experience within white-collar professional services
Previous recruitment experience of NSW Government, Local Councils or Not-for-Profit’s and the various recruitment panels (0007, LGP etc) would be highly desirable
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Intermediate organizational and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy and database management.
Attributes: Demonstrated ethics, integrity, and judgment related to client dealings. Ability to listen to client needs, provide solutions, and execute service-oriented strategies.
