This role offers a competitive salary of $130,000k plus super and includes flexible work-from-home options. This HR position will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and organisational culture.

Your new role

In your new role you will be part of the HR team managing complex and sensitive compliance issues. You will be identifying best practice options and flexible solutions to challenges they are facing regarding employee relations.

Lead and support organisational and cultural transformation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards.
Spearhead the onboarding process, working closely with the People Connections team.
