Position : Consultant

As an Consultant, you will:

- Consultative Selling of our recruitment services to Corporates and negotiating the commercials of business.

- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions

- Building you own industry patch and enjoying a freedom to identify, develop and manage client business relationships

- Manage a spectrum of clients in Large & Small Enterprises and SMBs

- Assessing and responding to the recruitment needs of each client or assignment and ensuring delivery as per agreed timeline

- Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - advise both clients and candidates during the assignment

- Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond (includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients

- Partner with senior stakeholders within client organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements

The Successful Applicant :

- You are degree qualified from a top tier University

- You have 2-6 years of experience in the leadership sourcing with a strong flair for client facing roles.

- Prior experience in account management & delivery in a search firm. Candidates who have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles are preferable

- You have a solid track record of success in your education/career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization

- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment
