About The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant has become available within our Human Resources team of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent part-time position (3-days per week).

This role is the perfect opportunity for a strong administrator to flex their organisation and multitasking skills in a high-performing and passionate team.

What does the role look like?

Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including L&D vendors, to support overall program delivery
Administration of existing L&D programs, both online and face-to-face
Development of internal process management
Project and administrative support for newly developed L&D programs and processes
Build and editing audiences, tasks, and quizzes in the learning management system (LMS)
Facilitate and maintain LMS back-end processes and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders
Assist with LMS reporting and distribution


What do we need from you

Demonstrated experience in a Learning & Development (or similar) role
Comprehensive administrative experience
Experience in LMS programs such as Totara or Moodle highly regarded
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Excellent attention to detail and comprehension skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance conflicting priorities
Intermediate MS Office suite, particularly Excel
Be available to work Mondays
