Position: Instructional Designer

Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time, Five days a week (Alternate Saturdays Working), Work-from-office

Immediate joining preferred

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop instructional materials for corporate and educational clients, including eLearning courses, simulations, and interactive modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and animators to create engaging and effective learning content.
• Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create learner-centric experiences that meet project objectives and learning goals.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Requirements:
• 1-3 years of instructional design experience, preferably in the eLearning industry.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and methodologies.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia development software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
